Every second counts in an emergency. The Basic First Aid Training by BREDO is designed to equip individuals, community volunteers, teachers, and professionals with vital life-saving skills.

Through internationally recognized modules and hands-on sessions, participants learn how to respond effectively to injuries, accidents, and medical emergencies before professional help arrives.

This program follows WHO and IFRC First Aid Guidelines, ensuring global standards of safety, competence, and community readiness.

What You Will Learn

  • Assessing emergencies quickly and safely
  • Managing bleeding, burns, fractures, and shock
  • Performing CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) correctly
  • Using Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
  • Treating wounds, sprains, and minor injuries
  • Assisting unconscious or choking victims
  • Handling medical emergencies such as a heart attack, stroke, or allergic reaction
  • Building a basic first aid kit and understanding emergency protocols

No prior medical experience is required.

Trainers

All instructors are certified emergency medical professionals with field experience in disaster response, rescue operations, and humanitarian missions.

BREDO trainers are accredited by recognized national and international institutions and follow standard operating procedures for community-based first aid.

Certification

Upon completion, participants receive an Internationally Recognized Certificate of Basic First Aid from

BREDO Pakistan, valid for two years.

This certificate affirms your ability to provide immediate, essential care until advanced medical help arrives.
